Free Songs is a performance piece conducted in public in which I compose and sing improvised songs about people I see walking by on the street. The intent is to create a level of interruption and mutual recognition through play.

The first iteration of Free Songs was performed at Artist Television Access in December of 2024 with accompanied by fellow artists Phillip Laurant (keyboard), harpist Maya Nixon (harp), and Zekarias Musele Thompson (saxaphone).
